Applications for Summer 2024 are open!

We hire on a rolling basis until all positions are filled. We hire close to 100 total staff. We plan to hire 6-8 Resident Staff, but we will not be running Resident Camp.

Application Process:

1. Complete application
   • It takes about 15-30 Minutes
   • You will need some information, such as contact info for 3 references and info on prior employment (or clubs, volunteer work, sports teams, etc. if this is your first job).
2. Interview- Mike will email you a link to schedule a video interview. Interviews take between 15-45 minutes.
3. 2nd Interview- Depending on the Season, another director will send an email to set up a 2nd interview.
4. Job Offer- Within a week after the interview, if accepted, you will receive a job offer.

Depending on the hiring process, specific positions may or may not be open. The titles on our positions page are the “positions” that you will need to choose when you complete the online application. Please review our compensation page for salary information.
